After the FTC's staff opinion on word of mouth marketing last month, it's clear that you have to disclose your relationship when endorsing something. V7N doesn't require you to endorse a product, just link to the site. Still, it doesn't "feel" right to me when one of the main features of a service is that it's "undetectable" to Google.
